2、心理准备：保持乐观情绪，如有心理负担会加重高原反应，延缓人体适应高原气候。进入高原每个人都会感到不同程度的高原反应，如头痛、胸闷、呼吸急促、恶心、呕吐、失眠等，一般来说过2—3天后，以上症状都会逐步减轻或消失。
3、代好身份证、银行卡以及路上所需现金，最好代银联卡或农行卡。
4.沿途温差大，建议带一些厚点的衣服（冲锋衣裤、保暖内衣裤、泳衣、雨具。。。袜子和内裤多带点），最好穿登山鞋或防水性比较好的旅游鞋。另外每人在代一个随身小包，将自己贵重的东西随身代上。
5、高原紫外线极强，带上防晒霜、润唇膏、墨镜和帽子以免灼伤皮肤和眼睛。
6、高原的美景很多,.摄影爱好者要多尽量多的准备胶卷，特别是正片、相机电池要备足，数码相机要带够卡或数码伴侣,否则,面对美景你只能扼腕叹息了.
7、.药品：抗高原反应药物，红景天，感冒药、止泻药、葡萄糖、肌疳片等。
